Double room with en-suite (large shower) £120.00 per night and £130 in May June July August September and October
Double room with private luxury bathroom (bath and large shower) £120 per night and £130 in May June July August September and October
Single occupancy rate in a double room when available is £100 per night and £110 in May June July August September and October.
The single room is £80 per person per night (please note this is only available booked with a double room to share their bathroom)
Payments
deposits can be by bank transfer or cheque, balance can be by bank transfer or cash (there is an ATM in the village)
Our Cancellation Policy :
We sincerely hope that you do not need to cancel your stay with us.
- If you wish to cancel your booking within four weeks of your arrival date we will not refund your deposit unless we let the accommodation to someone else.
- Any amount you are entitled to be refunded will be issued by bank transfer or cheque.
- This policy is necessary as we are a small business. We would sometimes find it difficult to re-let a room at short notice. However, if we are able to let your room for the same duration then no charges will be made.
- We recommend that you have valid travel insurance to cover yourselves against sickness and accident.
Arrival and departure
Guests normally arrive between 4pm – 7pm (but we are generally quite flexible so contact us if necessary). It would be helpful to know what time you expect to be here. A mobile contact number is also useful.
Checkout is by 10.30am.
Please note: Our minimum stay is usually 2 nights in high season, and 3 nights on bank holiday weekends.
Sorry no pets other than guide dogs and strictly no smoking.
